One model for builders and trades in every market. The number of admin seats sets the tier, and every plan includes the entire platform. What scales with the tier is the per-admin-seat allowance block (AI credits, storage, e-signature documents, inboxes), not the feature set. Site foreman and crew are flat per-person add-ons on every plan and never change the tier. Seats a builder invites, meaning subcontractors, clients and accountants, are free.

- MYOB sync is in progress and not yet generally available.
- There are no payment surfaces in the mobile apps. Billing and subscription changes happen on the web.
