You'll add a card the first time you open your Dashboard — we verify it but don't charge it. Your 14-day trial runs from there. Want to add teammates during the trial? Every seat after the first bills at your plan's per-user rate once added. We'll send a reminder before your trial ends, and billing starts automatically on day 14 unless you cancel. Your data stays safe for 90 days if you need more time to decide.
Absolutely! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate the difference.
There's no employee cap to exceed — every plan bills per user, per month, so add as many teammates as your job needs and each one is billed at your plan's per-user rate.
Every plan bills per user, per month, on one consolidated monthly invoice — there's no separate charge per teammate. Add someone mid-cycle and we prorate the remaining days for their first charge (immediately if you have a card on file, otherwise it's added to your next invoice). Remove someone and they stop billing from your next cycle; we don't refund the current one.
QuickBooks Online integration is included in all plans, and full Xero support for your market is on the roadmap. Additional integrations (email sync, ERP systems, and future integrations) are available from the Professional tier onwards.
