Subcontractors get their own portal to quote, schedule crews, and invoice their own work, and collaborate live on the jobs general contractors assign them. Procore and Buildertrend do sell to trade contractors, but as separate subscriptions with no live connection to the builder's jobs, and a trade using Buildxact gets standalone estimating with no builder connection.

About contract compatibility
Build Paperless supports the digital management of Australian standard building contracts including HIA, MBA, and AS4000. We do not provide, distribute, or template these contract documents. Builders must obtain their own copies through their association membership or authorised purchase channels. You can import your contracts into Paperless for digital signatures, AI-assisted review, and workflow management.
