When I launched the Founding Builder Program, I genuinely didn't know if anyone would sign up.

The program offered lifetime free access to the full Professional plan. No credit card. No catch. No "free for 12 months then we'll start charging." Genuinely free, permanently, for the builders who got in early.

In return, those builders agreed to something more valuable than money: their time and their honesty. They tested features before they were polished. They told me what worked and what didn't. They sent messages at 6am from job sites telling me what they needed to see on their dashboard before their first coffee.

That feedback has shaped every major feature in the platform today.

Who Joined

The Founding Builders aren't one type of builder. They're sole traders running three builds a year and project home companies managing fifteen. They're renovation specialists in Sydney and new home builders in regional Queensland. They span the country, from metro Melbourne to coastal WA to suburban Brisbane.

What they share is a frustration with the way things have been done. Filing cabinets full of variations. Photos buried in camera rolls. Clients calling every second day asking for updates. They wanted something built for the way they actually work: on site, on their phone, between concrete pours.
